FRECO Bathroom offers easy returns (change of mind) policy. We want you to be happy with your selection and it’s suitability!
A “no questions” 7 day right of return is offered on all goods purchased except stock clearance items. Goods must be unused and perfectly new.
Freight will be at the cost of the purchaser for items returned. Naturally, goods will have to be returned in almost-original packaging/condition.
Other returns after the 7 days will attract a 20% restocking fee or if the unit is not as saleable(packaging/usage). No return or refunds after 30 days of purchase.
